I remember when I was about to have my 40th birthday, I kept hearing from women in the 40 club about how it all goes downhill after 40.  The energy is shot.  The memory goes.  Even when you are eating right and working out, the waistline keeps increasing.  When I kept hearing these things, it gave me the incentive to learn how to make things different.  I researched.  I took courses and got certifications with some of leading fitness organizations.

Now I’m passionate about passing on what I’ve learned.  I specialize in teaching women how to eat, exercise and live better so that can break up dieting and toss the scale.
