Made this recipe during my Sunday prep. Used mason jars. Loved it. Would never have thought to pair quinoa with yogurt and fruit. But the honey really makes it!! ❤😋 It’s a great filling snack to include your meal plan.
Berry Quinoa Parfait
2 cups cooked quinoa
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
3 cups plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
Evenly layer quinoa, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, and honey in a tall glass
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
